International
By understanding the challenges faced by international students when studying and building a pathway to a successful career in law in Sydney, the international portfolio’s team will focus on partnering with local and international law firms to provide guidance for fellow international students. International at SULS will promote diversity and inclusivity for the international portfolio by fostering better integration between domestic and international students, as well as between LLB, JD and Masters cohorts. With advocacy experience, we will coordinate with the faculty to promote the voice of the international student community and ensure your opinions and suggestions are being heard by the university.
International Guide
The International Student Guide 2019 brings together valuable information about study, work and life as an international student at Sydney Law. It is a rich resource full of guidance on career opportunities, academics, exchange programs, scholarships and living and working in Sydney. The guide directs students to dedicated support services for USYD and beyond, and also introduces other law societies on campus for students who want to connect with others and explore different cultures.
The International Guide for 2019 can be found here.
Events
In Semester One and Two the SULS International Portfolio hosts several casual social gatherings for international and exchange students. (Domestic students also are welcome!).
